How to use magento native captcha for product review page and contact us

Question

Magento 1.7.0.2 uses the default code for individual forms, such as logging in, registering, checking only as a guest. But I want to use the same captcha for the product review form.

I saw an extension that captcha adds to the product review page, but it looks different than its own captcha. If on one site there is different no.of captcha, it does not look good. Therefore, only I would like to add my own captcha for the product review page and contact us.
