a. Validator in Eclipse validates your HTML and CSS by specifying the file name, nature of the problem, and the line number of its location in the file for all HTML files in the application. In Eclipse, select the project name in Package Explorer and refresh the project (File> Refresh). See the progress bar in the lower right. Right-click on the name of your project again and select Confirm. Again, watch the progress bar in the lower right. A warning will give you many problems. To read a list of these issues, choose Window> Show View> Other ...> General> Issues. In addition to problems, click Error Log.
(If you don’t see the verification option, you need to download the WTP (Eclipse Web Tools Platform). The instructions on this page will tell you how to get them. Pay special attention to the paragraph “How to install WTP?”)
B. Debugging using an application on a virtual device on a screen with an emulator . Return to the Project Explorer view, right-click your project name and select Debug As> Android Application. You will see a console screen at the bottom of the Eclipse environment, registering activity until it appears in the emulator.
If the emulator starts in a separate window, the console will stop recording; at this point, right, click the LogCat tab to see how it starts to display emulator activity. (Therefore, when you submit a problem to other developers to help, here you copy / paste it from the "LogCat" tab.)
If you have a working emulator installed, it will start and you will see the main screen. (It took Mina more than a minute before she displayed, so you might need to be patient. Some had to wait 5-10 minutes!) Drag the emulator window to the side so you can see all the entries in LogCat. In the emulator, drag the "lock" to the side, and the application will start after a while, if everything goes well. Again, be patient.
C. Right-click the project name, select "Tools for Android"> " Launch Lint". . This will show you in the “Ling Alerts” view problems on the Android system.
