How do I know if a second application has been added on a multi-screen?

Speaking Samsung Galaxy S3, you can use the application manifest to allow it to work in multi-screen mode. Thus, when it starts, the second application can be dragged onto the screen, and each application then has half (or may be different) of the screen.

When the application is running in full screen mode, how can it determine whether another application has been transferred to the screen, and therefore, now it has only half of the screen real estate?

Activity is not restarted, and the onConfigurationChange method is not called.
