Any free database of English-Spanish words?

I want to make a vocabulary creator, and I was thinking about how to do it. At first I looked for some APIs to use so as not to create my own dictionary, but I found that most of them are paid, and some are free, but have limitations.

So, I think the best way is to make my own dictionary, which will also allow me to work offline, but I wonder if there is a free database of English-Spanish words so as not to start from scratch.
