Dependencies not loading or partially loading

I try to work with MS Lync UCMA 4.0 sdk and just switch to using Visual Studio 2012 (requires .NET 4.5 Framework). I can’t understand what is happening here, I installed the target processor on x64 and the Target Framework in .Net Framework 4.5, because I was getting the error:

"Failed to load file or assembly" SIPEPS, Version = 5.0.0.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = 31bf3856ad364e35 "or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the specified file."

Now that I have made these changes, I get the following error.

Server Error in '/' Application. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Could not load file or assembly 'Azure' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. I had a very similar problem. I found that the problem is that it cannot find the dependency, and I was able to find out which one can be used with the dependency walker. Link

Here you can open your .exe and it will indicate what you are missing in your project. For me it was a redistribution of Microsoft C ++.

I had a similar problem after I copied my test code from my local machine to a trusted application server. I had to remove the Microsoft.Rtc.Collaboration dll link from the project and view it on the application server and relink it.
