How to reset ATG Dynamo admin password?

How can I reset the ATG Dynamo admin password?

I need to follow the steps to reset / change the password, by default admin/admin .

According to the Oracle documentation, you can add Admin.Reset to your ear file, which upon deployment will reset the administrator password of the administrator account.

You can do it ACC. In ACC, click People and Organizations-> Control Center Users and select the name whose password you want to change.

Delete the entry for "admin" from the DAS_ACCOUNT table and restart the server. Then open the dyn admin admin with admin / admin. It will take you to the reset page.

I had a similar problem. At the WebLogic application server, I was denied ATG Dyn Admin Admin / Admin. I took a picture in the dark and tried logging into my WebLogic console administrator account, and this time it worked, but Dyn Admin tried to transfer me to the reset password page. At that time I got an error:

Before starting Dynamo, you have the bin directory for your JDK in your PATH variable and you will have enough swap space.

I created the props file below in ATG_HOME/localconfig and added one back-up file below:

 /atg/dynamo/servlet/pagecompile/ExtendedJhtmlPageProcessor javaCompilerClassName=atg.servlet.pagecompile.SunJavaSourceCompiler 

This solved my problem. I was able to load the JHTML password. Not sure why ATG Dyn Admin redirected me to the password change page and why it accepted my WebLogic console credentials. I wonder if this has a specific WebLogic thing.

you can change your password through the console / dyn / admin, there is link password management, from where you can reset the default password from admin / admin

Open your SQL developer in the kernel schema, there is a table name DAS_ACCOUNT, where the account name and password are indicated, therefore there is a long key for the password
