Server host error in C #

I developed an e-commerce website using ASP.Net 3.5 and C #. It works great with Visual Stdio 2010. I uploaded my site to my domain under a shared folder. It shows an error as shown below: Local and server errors

Click for full size or here is a fragment of the stack trace from the local error page.

NullReferenceException: object reference not set to object instance
SageFrame.Framework.PageBase.OptimizeJs (List`1 lstJsColl, Int32 mode) +7940
SageFrame.Framework.PageBase.LoadModuleJs () +944
SageFrame.Framework.PageBase.OnPreRender (EventArgs e) +233
System.Web.UI.PreRenderRecursiveInternal () +107

It worked great before!

Page_Load () code:

From the error message, it looks like your store library cannot be loaded. This may be due to the fact that it is not installed on the server or the level of trust is too low.

In any case, your hosting provider can help with the setup.
