Whose name is in the app store?

I am only 16, and I recently signed up for the Apple Developer Program (standalone program). However, I used my mom’s credit card since I don’t have my own. I was granted permission and all that (I have an account and I tested my applications on my iDevice). I changed every piece of information to my real name (my apple id had my real name before I bought the developer account.)

Now, my question is, will my name appear in the appstore or will my mom's name appear in the AppStore? I don’t know which one, because in my developer profile he says Apple ID: My name and some other data, and then under the Developer ID he says my mother’s name.

However, iTunesconnect does not have my mother’s name sign, and it only shows my name for everything. Does this mean that it will show my name?

If it shows my mom's name, how can I change that?

I beg you, thanks! - J

The account has a contract. The contract has a "company name" - the name of your "company". This is the name that appears on the App Store. It should not be the name of the person; it may be something made up like "Zampabalooie Enterprises". I, I use my actual name.
