I have an application that uploads captured media to the cloud as they are captured: photos, video, audio. HD videos are big and we want to keep the originals. Any video over 50 MB gives a warning that can be redefined and is waiting for a Wi-Fi connection. In any case, even if the application is closed or in the background, the Wi-Fi connection will trigger a download event similar to updating / loading Apple when the phone is connected to Wi-Fi and connected to a power source and in sleep mode.
