Can't find a list of the names of all (all?) Tabs for the Ribbon in Office

Question

After some hard searching on Google, I came to the conclusion that I could not find identifier name information for the various feed components in Office.

For example, despite the following XML working, I need to hide the display of add-in errors due to a TabMail error when creating a new message. I understand this, because currently I am targeting all windows in Outlook, but should only target the main one. When a new email is created, my add-in tries to insert itself there, also failing and complaining.

<ribbon> <tabs> <tab idMso="TabMail"> <group id="Animals" label="Animal group"> <splitButton id="MainSplitButton" size="large"> <button id="Donkey" label="Donkey me" getImage="GetImage" showImage="true" onAction="Donkey_Click"/> ... 

• Where can I find a list of all (or at least the most common) tabs and group names?
• Or at least for what Google (apparently, my searches were not based on sufficiently distinctive words)?

If you prefer digital information, I would like to purchase some literature covering the development of the Office add-in. Even on this issue, my search was inconclusive (many hits, none of which felt right).

I also did not find a lot of good literature, but there are a lot of posts on the forums, and since I work only for Excel (which has a pretty good community of developers), I decided on this.
