Is there a complete list of date formats in Sencha Touch

Question

Can't find where all their date time formats are listed in their documents? I want the date to look like this

13 Jan 2013 

I found this template:

 date("F j, Y") 

But that gives me a long month name. (You don’t know why they chose a rather mysterious F for a month and j for a day?)

Try:

 Ext.Date.format(dt, 'd M, Y') 

Pay attention to the capital "M" (see the full list of date formats here ).
