How to get the point of interest near my point using overpass-api?

Question

I am using the Overpass API.

I have a problem to find some interesting points (cafes, hospitals, schools) around (about 100-200 miles) my point of view. I have only latitude and longitude.

The Overpass API allows you to receive POIs using your name. But I do not have it. I have only coordinates.

How can i do this?
