How can I get the Verilog locale?

How to get Verilog language standard? Is there a free version? If not, what is the nearest free resource I can get?

I'm interested in:

  • IEEE Std 1364-2001
  • IEEE Std 1364-2005

I found paid versions of IEEEXplore , but the price ($ 175) seems a bit steep for those who just want to find a couple of things.

The closest you can get IEEE 1800-2012 SystemVerilog LRM for free, which you can download for free here:

Don't Get 1800 LRM - SystemVerilog is not Verilog, and much has changed that it is useless, like a Verilog link. You can find the 2005 LRM draft 2 in different places - find "1364-2005.pdf". This is very close to the final 2005 LRM and is pretty good. I don’t know where you got the price for $ 175, although I thought I paid a lot less for print and pdf copies a few years ago.
