I am starting development on a chrome extension and am facing caching issues with extension resources.
Until now, my development cycle is as follows: I make changes to any file - manifest.json, background pages, content scripts, pop-ups - save it, reload the extension on the Extensions tab and check it.
This works in about half the cases. The other half requires me to either reload the link several times on the "Extensions" tab, completely close the browser to restart it, or sometimes even delete the extension, and then download it again using the "Download unpacked extensions" button.
This caching was very unpleasant, and I already lost a lot of time for him ... did someone have a similar experience, and if so, did I find a solution?
BTW: I have Disable Cache, which has already been tested in the "Developer Tools> Small Gear" section, and this in no way helped me.
