How to download Windows Activation Service (WAS)

I get an error when I try to start the application pool in IIS7.

An error called Service WAS was not found on the computer. '.'.

Then I googled "download the Windows Process Activation Service (WAS), and I cannot find it to download.

I run this on AWS on remote desktop with my Windows 7 OS.

It is included in Windows and no additional download is required.

You need to open Turn Windows features on or off in the control panel and install it there.
