Unable to disable DDMS debugging after power on

This problem is driving me crazy ... I am using eclipse Juno with the latest SDK 21.1

My application runs regularly, I can easily launch it from eclipse using the "Run as" command. But the first time I run it in debug mode, I just can’t turn it off. Even when I disconnect the USB cable and after it is destroyed, when I start it again, it continues to request a debugger (the xxx application is waiting for a debugger to connect). This is very annoying, since I can not use the application, and the only solution found is to restart the phone . Restarting both ADB and Eclipse does not work; disabling / enabling the device debugging mode and force closing the application is also useless.

My process is shown in the DDMS "device" panel, but the button used to enable debugging (green error) is not a switch (for example, a bunch of updates button)

I don’t know if there was a problem with the device (I use CM10.1 on Nexus S) or eclipse / DDMS, but I have noticed this since updating Android 4.2 on my Nexus 7.

When I want to disable DDMS, I use this button:

disconnect

It is located next to the "step over" and "step into" buttons.
