Shortcut for finding CSS class references in Visual Studio?

Typically, you can right-click on a method and select Go To Definition (F12) or Find All Links (SHIFT + F12). You can even go to the css class definition from the aspx page by pressing F12 (if your cursor is above the CssClass name).

Is there a similar shortcut for finding all the css class links from an external stylesheet? My reason for asking is that I have a stylesheet containing a bunch of css classes that may or may not be used anymore, and I would like to know which ones are really being called without reading my code line by line.

In addition, I tried a quick search tool (CTRL + F) to search for a specific css class. This does not produce any results even for the classes that are used, so I am not using it correctly or checking my aspx page for any reason. (I suspect this is the first!)

PS I am using version 2010 Express.

You can use CTRL + SHIFT + F to open the Find and Replace dialog. There, make sure the search area is set to One-Stop, and try it.
