Android: transfers to resources

I made translations for my application. "Res / values-rs", "res / values-sp", "res / values-cn", etc.

But when I switch the language to my phone, the language in my application is only in English or Russian.

What's wrong?

The correct suffixes for Chinese and Spanish are "-zh" and "-es"

ps. and German is "-de", in case you need it later.
