ADODB is wrapped with classes in the System.Data.Oledb namespace.
If you are talking about the old components of VB6 that you can overlay on a form, then no, their time has passed. They are visible in the "Member Selector" dialog box, "COM" tab. But the attempt to add them failed on my machine. Probably because ADODB received an updated update in Windows 7 SP1. And you would not have a good way to deploy them.
