Can I use the TOR network in a .net program?

I have a program that uses a client / server approach over the Internet. I would like to offer my clients the ability to tunnel through the TOR network for complete privacy and protection against server source tracking. Is it possible? Are there libraries for this? Assuming this is not a viable option, are there any other suggestions?

Assuming the client is installed Privoxy, yes.

request.Proxy = new WebProxy("127.0.0.1:8118"); // Default port for privoxy

Then these requests will go through Tor.
