What is autoLayout in xcode 4.5?

Please give me a description of the use of the autodetection feature in Xcode 4.5. What advantage do we get with this function?

The automatic layout allows you to create a set of restrictions that determine how user interface elements are displayed on the screen. Instead of using the standard “spring and strut” positioning method, Auto Layout allows these elements to move and move depending on the priority list of rules - I think, “the left side of one button should always be at a distance of 30 from the right side of the other button.
