How to use Ctrl + D to bookmark a page after installing vimperator

I'v installed vimperator, but I found that the shortcut Ctrl + D can no longer add a bookmark to the page. I searched for a long time, but still have not found a solution. Does anyone know this? Thanks.

noremap <Cd> :dialog addbookmark<CR>

For bookmarks, use 'a', optionally edit the title and title of the bookmark in the status bar, then return.
