Eclipse ADT plugin version 21, will not compile the workspace "no targets available" when everything is correctly configured

I had a problem compiling a workspace that was fully functional after upgrading to ADT 2.1, after some eclipse reboots and cannot find any mention of it anywhere. I am running Mac OS X Mountain Lion, and I also tried using the Eclipse installation bundled with the latest ADT 21. The problem still repeats. It seems to me a mistake.

In the Android Eclipse settings, the message “No available goals” appears, even if the folder is correctly configured to fix the SDK.

So, almost two hours to find a working solution for this error. I reinstalled everything to try to return to ADT 20, and then accidentally updated the tools and again was forced to upgrade ADT to 21, which is not suitable for me ...

The solution is to have two correct Android SDK folders, and you have to point the eclipse to another folder, apply it, it loads the SDK correctly, than you can return to the SDK that you are actually using, and everything works. Well, until the next restart and you have to do it again. Thanks to the Android developers, every new big update, new big bug in osx :)

There is another option (from fooobar.com/questions/1446628 / ... ), if you disconnected the Android plugin from starting at startup, this will happen. Enabling this should fix the error.
