How to export and import only data in oracle 11g?

Question

I want to export only data from my main tables, and then import it to some other server on the same oracle 11g. Is it possible to do this. using the exp command, it unloads the full data along with the circuit I don't want. I want only the data to be dumped and imported to another place.

You cannot use the original export utility ( exp ) , but with the new expdp data pump, you can use content to export only data:

 expdp content=data_only ... 

With exp I think the closest equivalent is to set ignore=y when importing; he will try to recreate the circuit objects, but he will not complain that they already exist. But since outdated utilities are deprecated, you should still use the data pump.
