Does anyone have the same problem? and maybe a solution to this problem?

This is what I did !, I reinstalled the Windows 8 SDK, and then updated my visual studio and did the trick, hope this works for everyone!

EDIT:

The update I did was the first visual studio service pack.

Now the problem is resolved.

Here is what I did as suggested on the forum:

  • Remove WP8 SDK
  • Remove all instances of the Silverlight SDK and Rutime.
  • Reinstall the WP8 SDK.

The exact order in which I fixed the VS constructor problem:

  • Removed the entire WP7 SDK:
  • Restarted computer (the designer still does not work after this step)
  • Uninstalled WP8 SDK (Maybe this is enough to choose a repair here, but I chose to remove the SDK)
  • Rebooted computer
  • Installed WP8 SDK

The designer is working fine now :)

Just install the latest Visual Studio updates and it should work. You can install them by going to the Tools menu and selecting Extension and Updates . Visual Studio updates must be in the product update category.

This worked for me: UNINSTALLED NuGet (as updates to it did not work)
