IOS: Does WIFI authentication detect?

There are times when you connect to Starbucks Wi-Fi, the auth page does not open automatically. The authorization page (the one where you click "Agree" on Wi-Fi terms) appears when you start Safari. Is there a way to determine if the auth page has already been shown on the device in my application?

Try downloading a file somewhere that you know will never move ( www.google.com ) and whose contents you already know (this is the hard part).

Compare the downloaded content with the content you want to download, and you will find out whether you are on any authentication page or not.
