Creating the Delete command does the right thing for a Windows 8 application

On the Windows 8 start screen, I noticed that the Uninstall icon is displayed at the bottom if you right-click on the application. For the applications that I developed, if I click on the "Delete" icon, the "Programs and Features" dialog box opens. Ideally, it should run my uninstaller instead. Does anyone know how to do this? Is there any registry key that I need to configure to associate Start menu shortcuts with uninstallers?

I use various technologies to create my applications (for example, Qt, C #, Visual Studio, NSIS installation projects). On Windows 7 and below, my installers put shortcuts to the Start menu. On Windows 8, these shortcuts appear as a small square on the Start screen. So a shortcut is an object that I right-click on. Is there any way to add delete data to the shortcut itself?

Tiles for desktop applications do not automatically delete as tiles for store applications. By selecting β€œUninstall” for desktop applications, the panel starts the process of adding / removing programs, as you indicated. This is by design.
