Reshaping with System.Drawing

Question

How can we change the form of Windows Forms Form ? I mean how to completely cripple a thing.

Something like that? And System.Drawing best way to change the shape of things, like shapes? Or is there something else I will need to use instead?

I am not getting code or anything else, just some useful links.
