I am currently working with a web company that encoded most of my website. They are going to transfer the site to me, but there is a problem with scrolling parallax in Safari; Works great in all other browsers. In addition, I have a widget on the left side of the page that is also affected. Very volatile when scrolling vertically. Any suggestions or help are appreciated. Here is the link to the site:

The problem seems to be only in safari.
