Are there any tutorials for SiteCore Rocks using Visual Studio,

I already searched various articles on Google, and I could find a decent one,

can you offer links or articles?

Here's a video from Morten Lungberg's speech at the 2012 Sitecore Symposium.

A few things have changed since he uses ... but he shows some interesting things with the everyday use of the Rocks.
