I like the Votebox section of the Dropbox support site. It allows users to offer features and set development priorities.
I always assumed that it works on a third-party service (like Getsatisfaction.com), but from what I can say that it is proprietary.
Does anyone know about an open source project, SaaS service, etc., which has similar features and polish?
