Android error: use * # 9900 # to take the log

I ran into an interesting problem. My Android app works fine on the Samsung Galaxy SII or HTC Desire, but working with it on the Samsung Galaxy Pocket is quite difficult. I was told that every time it was started, after a few minutes it showed:

Excuse me! - Use * # 9900 # to accept the log-in application unexpectedly closed, try again.

I cannot find a satisfactory answer about what could be causing this, so I would appreciate any help! Thanks, Mike.

The message was odd, but it was just an unhandled null pointer exception.

From what I can collect, usually a memory problem, possibly a cache. You may find that your galaxy or desire has a bit more memory or is processing cache, ram, etc. Differently. Try to clean the system, reset, or restart and see what happens

I have the same problem and my laptop found that there is no driver on my phone, so it does not work properly, so downloading this missing driver will solve your problem.
