Mac application: com.killed application because "its use of the right apple.developer.aps-environment is not allowed"

I ran into a problem when I tested the OSX app before sending it to the Mac App Store. I tried the OS X Document Management Guide (Page 79) to verify the installation. I drew attention to the use of the installation certificate, which appeared in the "Identitied without profiles" section to create the installation package. Then I used the installer command to install it: sudo installer -store -pkg "MyApplication.pkg" -target / Finally, the application was installed in / Application. However, the application could not start, and the console had a log: "taskgated: kill com.companyname.appbundle, because its use of the right com.apple.developer.aps-environment is not allowed"

I'm sure APNS is enabled for this Apple ID, and I also found a post that met the same issue in the forum :

Did any problems help?
