Passenger stops to record a magazine

I am using passenger 3.0.11. I ran into a problem that the magazine is not written. This happens when "Finished" is not displayed. After "Finished" is not displayed, the log is not recorded for 20-40 minutes.

Does anyone have an idea?

This usually happens when you have a memory problem. Ruby could not write to the log because it ran out of memory.
