How to keep list center item with one color always while scrolls in android

Question

I have a list. the center element of the list should be in the color diff.when scrolls., items fall into this particular position in order to change this color and continue. back to the original colr after crossing this position. Do you know how it is?

Good thing you can probably use the Android Wheel Picker

It highlights the center element and can be resized, but you want it to look when the element you want is in the center.
