AES vs. RSA for encrypting large amounts of data

Can someone tell me why the AES encryption algorithm is more efficient to use than the RSA algorithm when encrypting a large data block size? thanks in advance.

RSA is very expensive compared to AES. It includes math with very large numbers, while AES can be implemented with relatively simple bitwise operations. The more data, the more pain you feel.

A good compromise is to use RSA to encrypt the symmetric key, which is then used to encrypt AES larger data.

Gasket is an important issue for RSA. Please note that it is not recommended to use more than 40% of the maximum module length for filling PKCS, and a brief overview of the new add-on schemes RSA-PSS or OAEP will convince you that symmetric encryption is greatly simplified.
