Tar: Unexpected EOF in the archive

I am trying to extract a .tar.gz file but no luck

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

the tar.gz file includes another .tar file in which there is a problem.

when i try to extract the .tar file i got

tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

I tried -ignore-zeros -ignore-failed-read with no luck

How can I extract this file even if it is damaged?

You tar file is truncated. tar extracts everything that is in the archive, but cannot come up with the missing part.
