How to make audio streaming in Android without using any native api

I tried to find a way on the Internet to extend the stretching time in Android, unfortunately I did not find anything. There are some APIs, such as Sonic, SoundStrech, written in C / C ++, however, to use them, you need a good understanding of C \ C ++. Also I'm not sure that they can be used in paid applications. Well, my question is; Is there really no way to do audio stretching in Android without using any native API? If so, can you mention this?

This is not an answer for you, but a warning that you do not make a mistake. I am completely new to android and java, and I am also surprised that there seems to be no solution in pure java, either using perhaps soundpool or audiotrack.

I thought I found a solution with a preliminary sound library. It is very easy to implement, but there are two problems:

  • Users of your application will also have to pay $ 6 for using the sound library in addition to the cost of your application.

  • As far as I understand, comments (or maybe I didn’t understand them correctly), he must check the license for each use, which means that it works only with an Internet connection.

Now I'm trying to follow this guide: http://mhandroid.wordpress.com/2011/01/23/using-eclipse-for-android-cc-development/ and hope this helps to learn with ndk using SoundTouch: http : //www.surina.net/soundtouch/ . It also has limitations, as some have mentioned that it is not supported on ICS. I read that OpenSL ES updated Jelly Bean so it can work again. Can someone check or fix me?
