Is it possible to avoid assembly before running the test block in visual studio or re-printing

Note that I am changing only one test / unittest project, and if I try to run it, it will build the unit test project (accepted) and all other dev projects (which is really not required).

how can i avoid this? I have 100 projects in solution, so each unit test case runs for a very long time due to the build of the project.

Do you use accessors? MS assistants may be forced to restore all "access-dependent" projects, which, in turn, may force all solutions to be rebuilt.

ps This should be a comment on your answer, but I do not have enough points to add comments.
