How do you use certmgr to add a certificate to trusted publishers in Excel?

Question

I tried:

certmgrs /add myCert.cer /s /r localMachine root 

I tried several options, for example: localMachine trustedPublishers

Each time I try to do this on the command line, it just loads the certmgr utility window. I do not see a call to this command line to do anything.

The best way to do this on the command line:

 certutil -addstore "TrustedPublisher" certificate.cer 

Another answer here will not work in my situation. I had to add through the command line.
