How to specify multiple domain names in one Google App Engine application?

Let GAE = Google App Engine, GA = Google Apps. Also say that I have one GAE account with one application “exampleapp.appspot.com” and one GA account successfully associated with the name “example1.com”, and that I also successfully configured “example1.com” to point to "exampleapp.appspot.com".

My question is how to configure 'example2.com' to serve exampleapp.appspot.com '?

Theoretically, this process is similar to the initial setup, which requires that you 1. add a domain to GA and confirm ownership, then 2. add a domain to GAE and 3. finally configure CNAME for the name, respectively.

However, I got stuck in the process in step 2. I can add a second domain to GA and verify ownership is just fine, but I cannot add a second domain to GAE. The problem is that after I click "add domain", GAE redirects me to the GA login through "example2.com", and GA will not let me do this.

Edit: I was able to create a new account in the new domain and log in with this account from GAE. I guess this was not necessary! Now the problem is that when I try to add the example2.com URL on the Settings tab in the GA Cpanel, I get "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. (Error # 1000)"
