Where is the streams window in vs2008

I am trying to find the threads window in VS 2008 described here and here , but I cannot find it anywhere. I looked in the "View" and do not see anything so remote. This seems very useful. Thanks for any help

You are debugging, right? Otherwise, this does not occur. In addition, it can be docked with any other window, so make sure it is not embedded in the tab anywhere. And the menu has Debug-> Windows-> Threads. It displays the shortcut Ctrl - Alt - H for me, but I'm not sure if this depends on which key set was selected.
