JFrame Theme and Appearance

I have a rocking app. Below is a small screenshot. enter image description here

OS: Win 7

What annoys the topic. I tried several other screens, but they all have this look. For example, Eclipse and Netbeans have a much better interface. FileChooser and Frame are common. How is my subject.

Change the look of Windows before creating anything related to the UI in your program:
