It is currently used in the spackler to scroll through a scroll buffer, such as a mouse wheel. But, if mouse wheel events are sent to the ssh server when necessary (in vim for ex.), Ctrl-PgUp is not.
Even when I set the scroll buffer size to 0, these keystrokes still remain invisible on the other side of the ssh connection.
