Heroku pg: info gives 0 tables

My heroku app has a dev plan

the application can be used and works, and if I use pg: backups to download the backup and view it locally, I see that it has data.

however, when I do heroku pg:info , it gives me 0 tables and 0 rows ..

I noticed that pg: info displays incorrect data about your database when creating a new database with a new plan and restores the data in this new database from the old one. Especially the data size is displayed as 0, even if it is the same size as your old database.

I noticed that too. I just updated the developer's plan. This is really confusing.

I was able to β€œtest” the update in my middleware application before doing this in production.
