How to create an iPad mini app

I want to develop an application for the iPad Mini, and my application should also work on the iPad, but the iPad mini simulator does not ship with Xcode 4.5.

Is there any way to see how my application will look on the new iPad Mini?

I have one doubt .. Suppose I want my shortcut to be in the center of my iPad as well as in iPad mini, then how do I take care of this?

I see that my mark will be in the center.

iPad mini is the same (has the same screen resolution) as iPad 1 and iPad 2. There is nothing else that needs to be done to support iPad mini.
