Firemonkey Web Update Application on MacOS

I am building a Firemonkey application for Windows and MacOS, and now I am working on it so that it can check online updates and download the update. I got it to work on Windows, renaming the executable .exe file, downloading a new one, and then running the downloaded .exe file, it works as it should.

Now my problem is MacOS, I have little experience with MacOS, so I really don't know how to do this: /
And even less, since I store somedata files inside the program.app folder.

So, do I really appreciate some help or ideas on how I should try to solve this problem?

OSX applications are just a bunch of files. If you go into the search engine on OSX and right-click on the application, you will see the contents of the show package. Open it and you will see the component files that make up the "application". From there, you must decide what you need to replace.
