Does Perl have something similar to Django's automatic admin interface?

I was wondering if there is an adhesive module for binding similar DBIx :: Class, Mojo et al. together and automatically generates forms, diagrams, etc.

Exist:

• DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader - which generates your DBIC models - it can handle DB FK constraints to create relationships between them, but I like to use it only to generate columns
• HTML::FormHandler and HTML::FormHandler::Generator::DBIC , what should I use to create / process a form
