Error migrating iOS5 to iOS6 "This store was previously associated with a different iCloud account"

Question

I have an error in my applications when switching to iOS5 on iOS6: "This store was previously associated with another iCloud account."

I have a difference between my current identification token: XXXXXX and this store was previously associated with another iCloud account: XXXXXX.

Is it easy to have a current token?

[[NSFileManager defaultManager] ubiquityIdentityToken]; 

but I did not find a solution to restore my previous token.

Any ideas?
