Popup Buttons Menu Items

Question

Ok, I use Interface Builder in Xcode 4.5.1 and just added the Pop Up Button to the window. If I click, I see "Item 1", "Item 2", "Item 3" that are being edited. I expected to see something in the attributes or identity inspector that allowed me to determine how many of these items were on the menu, but there was nothing there. I watched it for hours. Where can they be identified?

These are numbers ... when I give up and try something else: A round button in the lower right corner with a triangle allows me to "Show the outline of the document." After that, the contour elements are edited, copied, changed name, etc.

So, in the "Menu - Other Views" section, the "Menu Item -..." item can be deleted or copied / pasted to add.

It took me hours of my life and I will never be back, hope someone else finds this advice useful.
